Applications must be
COMPLETELY filled out by ALL Occupants of the rental
Unit. Once completed, they ALL must be dropped off at our office
along with the Application Fee.

If ALL applications are
approved, the Application Fee will be applied towards Rental
Agreement Deposit -required at the time of signing the lease.

If an Application is
rejected for any reason, a $20 fee per application will be
charged for processing and the remaining funds will be available
for pick-up at our office
(by appointment.)
Once applications are approved,
the final lease must be completed within 5 Days. If not
completed, the Application Fee will be forfeited and the apartment
will be put back on the market.
Drivers License or state ID's
will be required at the time of signing the lease.
